horrendous been in this house 7 years had laminate laid down nothing more but constantly seeing people going next door doing the damp new this new that i asked for a tenancy agreement a few weeks ago still waiting. i asked for a fence and gate so my kids can play out they refused so they cant play out as its not safe took 2 years to get a new boiler and a winter with an 8 month old in and out of hospital on oxygen to get it
Thanks again for everything, the landlord has been very kind and I appreciated being given the chance to clear up forgotten rubbish myself! Most estate agents and landlords would have just slapped a huge fine on the bond deductions! Bricknells have been by far the best estate agents I have ever rented with.
